Ive been having massage for 35 years and today's massage was the WORST i have ever had. the first 10 minutes was spent putting oil on my back and then sliding her hands along my back with no pressure whatsoever. about 10 minutes was wasted running hot stones along my back. i went in there with sore muscles and expected to walk out of there refreshed but instead the only thing that was stretched was my budget and the only pressure applied was to my patience.

Venue Response: Hi For in this case ,I ‘m already reviewed with my staff and for This ‘s condition We’re doing Relaxation (Thai oil and hot stone Massage ) , Customer ‘s not request stronger massage during do massage so if the customer ‘s prefer stronger massage I will recommend (Thai Massage or Deep tissue Massage only ). Therapist was lovely and the salon is nice but the oil massage was really weak / soft. Didn’t really feel it

Room was very cold & therapist did not ask which areas I wanted focused on or which pressure I would like. The therapist kept leaving during the massage as customers kept coming in.
