The eyelash extension session was 2 hr discomfort,irritation,burning eyes, blood red watery eyes after the therapist was done, eyelashed been plucked during may be due to the glue or whatever was the reason, The tool to seperate lashes were been poked literally ... not gentle at all. I wont recommend this service to anyone from this shop. I am regretting. wasted my money. Almost 23 strands fall out this morning .. i got the extensions last evening so yes its horrible ,wastage of money and time. poorly applied and do not even consider your eye shape before applying the lashes...😖

Very disappointing. Booked for 10.45am in advance, only to wait more than 30 minutes and be told to wait another 15 minutes after that. When I first arrived they told me I had to only wait ‘a few minutes’. Where’s the honesty? If I knew I would have to wait more than 45 minutes for my turn I would have just cancelled. I have been told by friends in the past that they had to wait a while as well even after booking. Don’t take bookings if you can’t accommodate, it’s simple. Go elsewhere, there’s many other places in the CBD which honours your bookings and won’t keep you waiting.
